Due to active participation in Seminars and Meetings, elected unanimously as Executive Committee Member for the midterm 2017-18, Treasurer for the term 2018-19, in December 2019-20 scored highest votes in the 1st elections of the Ludhiana chapter and opted for Vice Chairman for the term 2019-20, and Chairman for the term 2020-21 of Ludhiana Chapter of Institute of Company Secretaries of India of Northern India Regional Council.
Engaged as conduct, speaker, faculty and motivator trainer to young school, college and CS students and members of various professional bodies especially ICSI / ICAI / ICWAI, on carrier awareness and different professional topics such as Secretarial Audit, Managerial Remuneration, Xtensible Business Reporting Language, Incorporation of different Companies- under Companies Act, 2013, Acceptance of Deposits, Declaration and payment of Dividend, Accounts of Companies, Secretarial Standards – 1 & 2 (By ICSI), Communication and Soft Skills, Professional and Life Skills, Insurance and Banking, etc.

- Completed Company Secretary – 15 months Training under the guidance of CS Raghubhir Chand Singal and Advocate S. P. Sharma in RCS Financial Technologies Ltd., Ludhiana in March 2014.
- Completed Post Graduation in Masters of Commerce from University School Open Learning, Panjab University, Chandigarh in 2015.
- Completed as Associate Executive with CS Pritpal Singh Dua in P. S. Dua & Associates, Company Secretary Firm, Ludhiana in 2016.
- Completed Company Secretary (CS) from ICSI, Noida in February 2016
